Here is my first transformation Tuesday Vlog, for the next 12 weeks every Tuesday I will be doing a vlog based around, health, fitness, wellness and my 12 week challenge to get the fittest I have ever been.
I want to be super raw in these vlogs and show you my progress and journey I am on. I am going to have all my body fat stats and mesurments for you in the next vlog so you can track my progress with me.
