Hey Fam,

I know the holidays can be a super stressful time for some and it’s really a time we want to be fully present, happy and in the moment. With that in mind this week I’ve got a special affirmation I use all the time to de-stress and come back to the present moment, and i want to share it with you.

*HINT If you are in my Mindspo meditation class you would have heard me use these in my guided meditations :)
